QUT Ranked #4 in Oceania, top #100 in the world for Art + Design

It is with great pleasure to announce that QUT School of Design is now ranked #4 in Oceania, and well-placed the top #100 in the world for Art + Design in the 2023 QS World University Rankings. We are incredibly proud and honoured to be competing with the best in the world, and to have increased our reputation so much in recent years. There are a variety of factors that have an impact on overall rankings including academic reputation, employer reputation, research citation numbers among other factors. We feel that one of the major improvements over the years has been our industry-focused research collaborations including of course our special partnership with BMW Group through the Academy. We are excited to continue to work with global leaders in research and design education so that our student cohorts will continue to have the opportunities to improve, but to also make a positive impact on the world stage through those collaborations. Of course, here at the QUT, we are excited to know that our talented students will continue to be able to harness their design skillsets for BMW Group around the globe.
