Academy Founder selected as Jury member for CMF Design Awards 2023

BMW Group + QUT Design Academy Founder and Lead, Associate Professor Rafael Gomez, has been named jury member of the CMF Design Awards 2023. The CMF Design Award is the first global special award dedicated to CMF (colour, material, finishing, pattern), which promotes awareness of CMF design, to improve people's recognition and attention to CMF design, and to think commonly about the innovative , social , humanistic and commercial value of CMF design. It is a great honour to be part of the jury for this emerging awards program that celebrates among such esteemed colleagues in the design field. It’s also especially great to be a part of the jury with two other QUT Design PhD alumni; Professor Chao Zhao (Deputy Dean of School of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University), and Assistant Professor Ding Zhou (School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing (SDIM) at Southern University of Science and Technology).
